OD Tube ASME_BPE current
All Rubberfab standard Tri-Clamp® sanitary gaskets are moulded from FDA compliant compounds and have passed 3A, and USP Class VI testing.
Available sizes in Type-I : ½” through 4”.
In type-II they are made available from 1” through 12”.
Available Elastomers:
Buna, EPDM, FKM Fluoroelastomer, Platinum & Peroxide-Cured Silicone.
Available Fluoropolymers:
PTFE, Tuf-Steel®, Tuf-Flex®, Food-Flex
Each specific elastomer/fluoropolymer has its own unique characteristics which prescribes certain applications or conditions. Please view the guidelines that will provide a good start determining which gasket to use at what application.
Gaskets are enhanced with lot number identification to ensure traceability. Each delivery of gaskets is provided with Certification of Conformance to fulfil QC requirements.
