Steridose® Diaphragm

The diaphragm in PTFE offers an advanced solution for fluid regulation, combining robust performance in chemical processes. Made from Modified PTFE. It is ideally suited for applications in sectors where chemical resistance and precise process control are crucial.


Applications

The PTFE diaphragm is ideal for:

  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes – Tank Bottom Outlet Valve, Point of Use valves.
  • Chemical processing at elevated temperatures.

Technical Specifications

  • Pressure Range: Engineered for high-demand environments. Range -1 to 6 bar (-14 to 88 PSI).
  • Temperature Range: Min -55˚C to SIP @ 175˚C
  • Material: virgin PTFE
  • Inscription : Not available on the diaphragm itself
  • Packaging:
    • Standard: Sealed bag
