OEM Replacement Radial-style Diaphragms

The radial-style diaphragm in TFM (PTFE) offers an advanced solution for fluid regulation, combining robust performance. Made from high-flex modified PTFE to increase the life expectance of this diaphragm. It is ideally suited for applications in sectors where safety, hygiene, chemical exposure and precise process control are crucial.

The replacement diaphragm in TFM is ideal for:

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing up-stream processes – Tank Bottom Outlet Valve, Point of Use valves.
• Biotechnological applications
• Cleaning in Place (CIP) – Harsh cleaning media

• Temperature Range: Min -15˚C to SIP @ 190˚C
• Material: CMD-1102 TFM white, Modified PTFE
• Laser Engraved: Each diaphragm is laser-engraved with Lot# and D.O.M. and DN#, ensuring full traceability

Testing

Radial-style diaphragms have been tested per ASME BPE Appendix K. Evaluation tests included SIP (Steaming In Place) up to 500 cycles.
