Custom Made Parts
Short communication lines and rapid prototyping allows us to reduce time to create a custom made part. Some problems we encounter in our daily work cannot be fixed with a standard product. In this special event we need to take the extra step to design something that has not been made before. The client may have specific demands that we need to incorporate in the design, material, or functionality.

We have many different validated compounds that can be used for other products than gaskets. Using a compound that is already validated in a pharmaceutical plant for another product has numerous advantages. We can design production tooling for other gaskets and make it out of the same compound that is already accepted on site.
