Torque-Rite®

Torque-Rite® allows you to control compression and expansion while maintaining constant torque force (Nm) insuring a perfect surface ID alignment from gasket to tube. This way you can eliminate flow obstruction caused by gasket material intrusion, which creates pressure drops at each Tri-Clamp connection.

The Torque-Rite® replaces the conventional wing-nut from the clamp. Torque-Rite® fits on all clamps available from ½” through 6”.

When tightened, the Torque-Rite® self-limiting internal mechanism will make an audible “click” signaling the user that they have reached proper Nm torque force.
Further tightening will cause more “clicks” but no further force on the gasket.
