Traceability is the keyword in our industry of today. All wetted parts in a validated system need to be traced in case of an incident, this could be a recall or impurity found in pharmaceutical product.
By applying laser engraved lot or batch numbers on to our gaskets we insure permanent traceability. Conventional gaskets lose their traceability as soon as they are taken out of their packaging.
Can be applied on: EPDM, FKM, PTFE, Tuf-Steel®, Tuf-Flex® and Silicone gaskets. Tabbed orifice plates, controlled compression gaskets, screens and other elastomeric items.
